Camp Kaluanui (Age: 5+) offers a diverse visual arts curriculum geared to stretch minds, exercise imaginations, keep the body active, and introduce new idea generating techniques. Surrounded by the beauty of the Hui’s historical Kaluanui Estate, campers paint, build, design, dance, sing, and play their way through a balanced variety of artistic activities each day. Make sure to bring plenty of snacks, an energizing lunch, a water bottle, and closed-toed shoes. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! Students enrolling on the day that class begins will be assessed a $20 LATE REGISTRATION FEE, so be sure to enroll early. Unlock your child’s creativity today! Week 8 (#1088): July 27 – 31 / I’m an Architect: Design and Build!
Week 9 (#1089): August 3 – 7 / Fun with Fiber: Fashion & Costumes

AWESOME ALERT: You’re invited! Bring the whole family to Hui No‘eau Visual Arts Center on Saturday August 8, 2015 from 10am – 2pm for Family Day 2015! This family friendly celebration marks the opening of the Hui’s Annual Youth Art Exhibition, featuring artwork created by around 250 Maui youth. This exhibition is an explosion of vibrant creativity that shows us all the extraordinary possibilities unlocked by visual arts education. Don’t miss out on a scavenger hunt (1st 50 people only), live glassblowing demonstrations, bake sale, hands-on artists workshops, face painting, and so much more! This event is free and open to the public and is a great opportunity to explore the Hui grounds, picnic on the lawn, and see inside the Hui’s professional artist studios.
