Camp Kaluanui offers a diverse, visual arts curriculum geared to stretch minds, exercise imaginations, keep the body active, and introduce new idea-generating techniques. Surrounded by the beauty of the Hui’s historic Kaluanui Estate, campers paint, build, design, dance, sing, and play their way through a balanced variety of artistic activities each day. Make sure to bring plenty of snacks, an energizing lunch, water, and closed-toed shoes. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! Students enrolling on the day that class begins (if space is available) will be assessed a $20 LATE REGISTRATION FEE, so be sure to enroll early. Unlock your child’s creativity today! 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (Drop-off starting at 8:30 am, Pick-up promptly by 4:00 pm)

9:00 – 12:00 pm — Morning Workshops & Outside Play Time
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm — Brown Bag Lunch on the Hui Lawn & Exercise Activity
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm — Afternoon Workshops & Outside Play Time

Camp Kaluanui: Young Adults (Ages 11+) Stop Frame Animation & Silkscreen Art Intensive #1418

Young artists will love this introduction to the land of mixed media digital arts. In this workshop, students will collaborate to create a story and then produce a short animation inspired by that story. Students become completely engaged in their projects while learning the basics of character development, set building, story boarding, animation, audio and video editing software. Students will also have the opportunity to explore the basics of silkscreen printing during this creative Camp Kaluanui intensive! *This class is FULL
