Meet the Creator of the 2018 Paper Dress Installation: Jennifer Oberg
Jennifer Oberg is a master dressmaker, trained at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, and London College of Fashion in England. She spent 10 years in Hollywood, working in film and television studio costume shops as a dressmaker and head of workroom. She is a member of Motion Picture Costumers Local 705 in Los Angeles. She moved to Maui in 2001, and has a sewing atelier located in Makawao. Her focus is on wedding gowns and special occasion dresses.
