A he Mano ke Kuana'ike / A Thousand Words is a juried exhibition showcasing the diverse photography of Hawai‘i’s artists. The exhibition celebrates artistic expression and honors photography’s unique storytelling ability. The Hui invites photographers residing full-time in Hawai‘i and working in all still photographic media to enter. Work must be created within the past 2 years.

Artwork Receiving Day: Tuesday, March 15 / 9am – 4pm
Selection Notification: Wednesday, March 16 by 6pm via huinoeau.com
Pick up of non-selected work: Thursday, March 17 / 9am – 4pm
Pick up of non-sold, selected work: Saturday, May 14 / 9am – 4pm
HOW TO ENTER ARTWORK
Complete online registration between March 8 - 15.
Online Registration must be completed PRIOR to dropping off artwork on receiving day
Print & fill out artwork labels and attach to the back upper right hand corner of artwork.
Drop off artwork on Tuesday, March 15th from 9am-4pm during our contactless drive-through artwork receiving day:
